The cabin itself is within the beautiful and massive Coosawattee River Resort where you can enjoy Resort amenities and natural mountain beauty, just minutes from downtown Ellijay, GA and only 75 miles from downtown Atlanta, GA! 	1800 sqft of new furnishings and decor with 3 private bedrooms, 2.5 baths, King bed Suite on walk-in level with private bath suite, jetted bath tub, dual sinks, walk-in closets, Living room with Queen sleeper sofa's, 2 Queen beds in private bedrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. All linens and bedding included.
	2 large flat screen TV's with DirectTV satellite programming (42-inch in living room and 32-inch in Master), 2 DVD players, wireless internet.
	Large rear deck overlooking the Coosawattee River with rockers and charcoal grill. Views of the beautiful Fish Trap Park and playground abound.
	Access river from back yard at your own risk. Great fishing and lounging spot. Back yard also is wide, flat and large and has firepit, benches and picnic table.
	Spacious King Bedroom suite has 32" flat screen TV, DirectTV satellite programming, DVD Player, huge walk-in closet, private bathroom suite with jacuzzi jet bathtub, walk-in 2-person tile shower, 2 vanities and private toilet room.
	Beautiful kitchen with custom cabinetry, ample storage space, ample counter top space, modern stainless steel appliances: glass-top range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Dining table seats six plus two more at counter. Ample space for additional tables and chairs that may be rented from KZ Cabins.
	2-person therapeutic hot tub with privacy screen.
	High ceiling living room with tall stone hearth, natural wood burning fireplace, 42" flat screen TV with DirectTV satellite programming, DVD player, recliner, Queen sleeper sofabed and assorted magazines and books.
	Upper level has 2 private Queen bedrooms with large closets. Loft has 7 ft pool table and seating.
	Kitchen has large pantry with Washer and Dryer and shelving for groceries and consumables.
	Pets are allowed up to 35 lbs.
	Cabin is inside Resort Community and guests may access all pools, tennis, basketball, Rec Center, River Parks and is conveniently located close to shopping and attractions
	4-wheel drive (4x4) is required for this driveway. Cabin has a steep, narrow, gravel driveway but with flat parking areas at the front and rear of cabin.
	Basement is UNFINISHED but may be used to access the back yard amenities and hot tub area.
	All linens and bedding included.
	Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and appliances.
	Complimentary set of "start-up" supplies provided at check-in.

$30 Amenity and Access Fee required. This fee is automatically added to the total vacation home cost.
