California Dreaming is pet friendly (up to 10 lbs only, no cats please) and offers flat and plenty of parking for guests. Located on a private wooded lot and offers guest great privacy with no other homes in sight. Deer and birds are common in the backyard of this luxurious and affordable home in the North Georgia Mountains.

The home was professionally furnished and offers guest many amenities and comforts. From its gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry to its California seaside decor and color scheme inside.

Outside, California Dreamin' has a lot of open, private play space. Complete with an outdoor firepit and benches to a private deck with charcoal grill and concrete patio with 5-person therapeutic hot tub and bistro patio furniture. Coming soon is a new 7-piece outdoor dining set with sun umbrella to extend the dining and lounging capacity outdoors into the beautiful mountain landscape.

Inside, the main floor living area features a 21 foot high stacked stone wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors throughout and lots of natural lighting. The living room itself has a 26" flat screen plasma satellite TV with DVD/VHS player along with a Queen size sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is big and open with new stainless steel appliances and lots of cooking utensils. A full size washer and dryer sits in the pantry and the dining room has a gorgeous table that seats 6 plus 2 more at the kitchen bar and several more in the loft, basement and even outdoor dining patio area.

The master bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed with beautiful duvet comforter, 26" flat panel satellite TV, jetted soaking tub, separate walk-in tile shower, his and her sinks with custom vanities, tiled floors in master bathroom, and large his and her closets.

Upstairs guest are greeted with a large loft featuring a far east style furnishings and 2 full size convertible sleeper sofa's. Also upstairs is a full bathroom with tiled shower, cultured marble vanity tops, and 2 private bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and 23" TV and the other with a full size bed and 23" TV.

The finished basement is loaded with entertainment items. In the lounge area, another full size convertible sofa sits with 2 comfortable conversation lounge chairs and a TV with an Xbox gaming system, 10 games and wireless controllers. The gameroom features a large 32" flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite programming, iPod stereo and docking station, DVD player and a 7 foot pool table. The gameroom's double doors open up to a concrete patio where the exquisitely relaxing 5-person therapeutic hot tub sits waiting to soothe every muscle. Just down the hallway are 2 more private bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed and access to the outside patio area and the other with 2 Full beds. Also in the basement is a 3rd full bathroom.

The Resort

The Coosawattee River Resort is an 8,500 + acre vacation home resort development consisting of more than 7,000 individual, privately owned lots divided by Twelve miles of the beautiful Coosawattee River.
