This new river cabin sits alongside the beautiful flowing Coosawattee River with river access for swimming, tubing, rafting and fishing and offers breathtaking views both up and downstream. The house itself is part of our Luxury Resort Series homes within the beautiful and massive Coosawattee River Resort where you can enjoy Resort amenities and natural mountain beauty, just minutes from downtown Ellijay, GA and only 75 miles from downtown Atlanta, GA!.

The Riverside Paradise is nestled on a wooded mountain slope directly alongside the Coosawattee River and accessible through a private riverside road. There is virtually no traffic and the cabin is secluded with no other neighbors in sight. Riverside Paradise is bursting with amenities and floor space. With 6 generously sized private bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas, Riverside Paradise can sleep up to 16 guests comfortably. The cabin also provides 3.5 bathrooms, a finished basement with gameroom and pool table, a 5-person therapeutic hot tub overlooking the river, wireless internet, fireplace, large 42” plasma TV, stainless steel propane gas grill, new fashionable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances! WOW this cabin has it all!

What makes Riverside Paradise shine is its great location alongside and above the river and its breathtaking views of both the river and the wooded mountain slope. From inside as well as all three decks of the cabin, you can see the sparkling Coosawattee River both up and downstream. There is a firepit with benches adjacent to the cabin and access to the river is easy and comfortable directly across the gravel road alongside the cabin. There is also a large rock outcropping alongside the river at the base of the property that is perfect for staging your river fishing campaign. This part of the river is teeming with great fish to catch. The cabin is within 0.3 miles of the Coosawattee Canoe Park, which is a drop off and pick up site for canoeing and kayaking, and about 10 minutes from the Resort's Main Recreation Center with indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, miniature golf, fitness center and video Arcade.

The Riverside Paradise cabin features the popular ‘Mountain Laurel’ floor plan with an open and inviting living room and kitchen, large upstairs loft and bedrooms, finished basement with gameroom and three expansive decks stretching across the whole house overlooking the river. The 6 private bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms make large groups a breeze to house and the floorplan includes the popular and spacious King Master Suite with an elegant Master Bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub and deep walk-in tile shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The dining room sits openly overlooking the river with French doors leading to the deck housing the gas grill, picnic table and patio furnishings. The large dining room table can seat 10, with space for 2 more at the kitchen bar counter and 6 at the picnic table on the main level deck. The living room stretches the house open with its extra high ceilings, floor to ceiling rock fireplace (woodburn), 42" widescreen satellite TV and comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa to boot.

The exterior decks house grills, hot tubs, comfortable rocking chairs and a picnic table for extended outside relaxation and casual dining with no other neighbors in sight while the soft flowing sounds of the Coosawattee River reach up into the hillside.

Back inside, the upstairs features 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets and a huge loft with 2 convertible futon sleeper style sofas and a lounging area. One of the upstairs bedrooms contains a bunk bed and a trundle bed designed for children to enjoy, but can also accommodate adults comfortably. The top deck is accessed through two French doors, one off the loft and one off the bedroom. Across the hall is another bedroom with Queen bed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are carpeted, the bathroom is tile and the loft has wood flooring.

On the main level, the spacious and carpeted Master bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet and Master bath suite with Jacuzzi bath tub and a large picturesque window overlooking the river. The bathroom is tile and has opposing twin vanities and a deep tile walk-in shower. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa and half bath to accommodate main level guests. All the flooring on the main level is wood with exception of the King Master Suite.

Downstairs, the fully finished basement is all carpeted and houses the other 3 generously sized Queen bedrooms. The gameroom features a pool table, 26" flat screen TV, stools with drink shelf, stereo CD player with ipod docking station, and access to the 6-person therapeutic hot tub overlooking the Coosawattee River below. The gameroom also has a full bathroom servicing the downstairs bedroom and gameroom guests.

Outside, Riverside Paradise has a very steep but paved driveway with parking lot adjacent that fits up to 2 vehicles and additional road side parking is available along the street at the base of the property.

Note:DUE TO SPACE CONTRAINTS NO MORE THAN THREE (3) VEHICLES MAY PARK AT CABIN. The short driveway is steep put paved with a parking pad at top for 1 vehicle. There are 2 additional parking slots on the road in front of the cabin for up to 2 more vehicles. THE ACCESS ROAD IN FRONT OF CABIN MUST REMAIN UNBLOCKED AT ALL TIMES TO ALLOW FOR RESIDENCES TO ACCESS PROPERTY DOWN THE ROAD. VEHICLES BLOCKING ROAD WILL BE TOWED AT GUEST'S EXPENSE.

The Resort

The Coosawattee River Resort is an 8,500 + acre vacation home resort development consisting of more than 7,000 individual, privately owned lots divided by Twelve miles of the beautiful Coosawattee River.
