The vast decks have patio furnishings for outdoor dining or relaxing, custom made log benches, and a charcoal smoker/cooker. In the fall, sit by the outdoor wood burning fireplace and gaze over the canvas of mountain colors from the changing leaves or try and spot one of the beautiful grazing white tail deer that fill this woodland mountain side. Inside, the cozy country mountain kitchen greets you with fully stocked cookware and brand new stainless steel appliances that would rival any gourmet kitchen. Throughout the Badgers Den, the southern yellow pine from floor to ceiling envelopes you giving the genuine mountain log cabin ambience. The den sports a 42" flatscreen LCD, wood burning fireplace and glass patio doors that lead to the rear deck and show off the mountain view. The upstairs of the split level has 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in the master and 2 twins in the guest room plus TV's and cozy furnishings. Also upstairs, is a full bathroom and the laundry room. Several board games are included as well.

Carters Lake Area
Adjacent to beautiful Carters Lake, just 20 minutes from Ellijay, Georgia. Carters Lake is the deepest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river and is just across the street from Talking Rock Creek Properties. The area provides all sorts of lake fun such as fishing, hiking, swimming, camping, boating, picnic areas, as well as excellent beginner to advance level mountain bike trails. Be sure to also visit the impressive Corps of Engineers Dam.
