Main Level The double entry, circular drive with 4 extra parking spaces provides plenty of space for lots of guests. The main level is exquisitely furnished and decorated with an Outdoorsman Club motif. The soft hide leather couches and swivel recliners are comfortable and elegant. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with brand new Cuisinart appliances and all the utensils you’ll need for a gourmet meal. Even gourmet spices and condiments are stocked for your use. In the dining nook you’ll find comfortable seating for up to 6.
The main level master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a walk-in closet that houses embroidered bath robes and an abundance of room for your wardrobe. Convenient luggage racks are provided as well. The main level bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a combination shower/tub with upgraded fixtures. Upstairs The upstairs bedroom has a Queen Size bed, wood blinds and an elegant rustic décor ensemble plus a view that is breathtaking. The upstairs bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi jet bathtub, glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a unique custom cherry vanity with granite countertop. Also upstairs is a unique loft peninsula that overlooks the great room and dining nook and has a magnificent view through the tower picture windows below. This loft has a new suede and leather sofa that converts into a Queen Size bed. Lower Level The lower level entertainment lounge features a 32” HDTV, mini bar refrigerator that is stocked with complimentary refreshments and a coffee maker. Here you can relax and converse on the genuine leather hide sofa or walk out to the lower level patio deck. The thick Berber carpet adds to the elegance and coziness of this magnificent lounging space. The Grand King Master Suite, opened for an additional fee, contains a superbly elegant King Size Bed and full bathroom with granite counters, glass walk in shower and 32” HDTV. The view from the Grand King Master Suite is extraordinary! Entertainment Equipped Built for Executive Entertaining, Heaven’s Peek offers free extended satellite channel lineups that you can watch on any of the multiple 32” flat screen HDTVs throughout the house. Free long distance phone service within the US is provided along with an abundance of leisure reading material and several entertaining board games. This home has two outside entertainment areas. On the large upper rear deck you can seat 8 at the table and grill your gourmet delights on the gas grill while gazing out at the incredible view of the mountains. This is where you dine in the heavens. The lower patio is accessed through the downstairs entertainment lounge. This large patio features a wrought iron table and chairs that sit in front of a wood burning outdoor fireplace.

Carters Lake Area
Adjacent to beautiful Carters Lake, just 20 minutes from Ellijay, Georgia. Carters Lake is the deepest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river and is just across the street from Talking Rock Creek Properties. The area provides all sorts of lake fun such as fishing, hiking, swimming, camping, boating, picnic areas, as well as excellent beginner to advance level mountain bike trails. Be sure to also visit the impressive Corps of Engineers Dam.

Talking Rock Creek Resort
Talking Rock Creek Resort is a new gated mountain resort community in a secluded and peaceful mountain retreat near the south shores of Carters Lake. Amenities include a Rec Center containing tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a workout room and large pond for picnicking plus hiking trails and a trout fishing stream. Guests have free access to all resort amenities. The resort's main entrance is about 18 miles from historic downtown Ellijay, GA.
