KZ Cabins’ property management services make vacation rentals a convenient and pleasurable experience for our home owners and our guests. Our primary job is to make your job easy to own a vacation property in the mountains.

We are currently seeking properties with the following characteristic and amenities:

  • Riverfront cabins with full amenities
  • 1 and 2 BR cabins with full amenities
  • Easily accessed cabins with great views
  • Large capacity cabins with ample parking and 5 or more private bedrooms

The term ‘full amenities’ means the vacation homes should contain the features and amenities that the bulk of our vacation seekers are asking for. Those include:  hot tubs, fireplaces, wireless internet, gamerooms with game tables such as pool tables or foosball, Queen or King size beds, decks with patio furniture, flat screen tv’s, HDTV or digital programming if available. Preferably close proximity to outdoor activities or Rec Centers, and have sufficient dining seating, furnishings, equipment and linens to support the maximum sleeping occupancy.
