·         Added-value high-impact listing features (Virtual tours, video walk throughs, interactive maps and floor plans, quick-compare facts, etc)

·        Up to 50 high resolution, professional-grade photographs

·        Featured listing, priority listings on website

·        All guest and maintenance consumables are stocked free (except specialty consumables)

·         ALL INCLUDED for one management fee

·         This is our Best Value program.  Perfect for Home Owners who want to maximize occupancy and income while maintaining a healthy, well kept property, extending the long term value on their property.

 

2.     “SILVER PLAN” 

·        Standard rental management services with standard website listing (up to 15 pictures) without integrated maintenance and repair services

·        Owner coordinates and provides home maintenance services as required to keep home and grounds in good operating condition for guests. Owners in this plan may use KZ Cabins hourly-rate maintenance and repair services.

·        Free guest consumables. 

    • Owner provides all maintenance consumables

·        Great program for out of town Owners who have a good, responsive local subcontractor network that can promptly handle all ongoing maintenance requirements

·        Great for Owners who want to perform their own ongoing maintenance and repair services as they are required.

·        Also great for Owners who aren’t necessarily looking to maximize rental income or high guest occupancy levels with enhanced marketing and advertising.


3.     “VALUE PLAN” 

  • Standard rental management services with standard website listing (up to 15 pictures) without integrated maintenance and repair services

·        Owner coordinates and provides home maintenance services as required to keep home and grounds in good operating condition for guests. Owners in this plan may use KZ Cabins hourly-rate maintenance and repair services.

·        Owner provides all consumables

·        Great program for out of town Owners who have a good, responsive local subcontractor network that can promptly handle all ongoing maintenance requirements

·        Great for Owners who want to perform their own ongoing maintenance and repair services as they are required.

3.     “LISTING ONLY” 

·         With this plan we list and maintain your online listing on our kzcabins.com website with payment collection and tax filing only.

·         Home Owner provides EVERYTHING ELSE:

o   Guest support, housekeeping services, quality control, damage and inventory control, and provides ALL home maintenance and repair.

o   Great for Owners and other rental management companies who already do their own property management but just need more marketing, basic call center support and payment collection services.

o   Also great for Home Owners who want to use their own pricing models, set their own specials and interact themselves with the guests.

o   Owners may purchase additional fee-based services as needed to complement their specific needs such as The Enhanced Marketing Service Package or KZ Housekeeping Services.

There is no penalty or charges if you ever decide to sell the property or terminate our agreement with you, we just need a 30-day notice to be able to move any upcoming bookings and your $150 Owner Reserve is returned to you.
